Just follow this simple steps:

1. Open notepad
2. Copy the following script:
Code:
cls
    @ECHO OFF
    ******************************************
    *      Created by: WebStone           *
    *       www.thepinoyforum.com      *
    ******************************************
    title Folder Locker
    if EXIST "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" goto UNLOCK
    if NOT EXIST Locker goto MDLOCKER
    :CONFIRM
    echo Are you sure u want to Lock the folder(Y/N)
    set/p "cho=>"
    if %cho%==Y goto LOCK
    if %cho%==y goto LOCK
    if %cho%==n goto END
    if %cho%==N goto END
    echo Invalid choice.
    goto CONFIRM
    :LOCK
    ren Locker "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
    attrib +h +s "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
    echo Folder locked
    goto End
    :UNLOCK
    echo Enter password to Unlock folder
    set/p "pass=>"
    if NOT %pass%==type your password here goto FAIL
    attrib -h -s "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"
    ren "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" Locker
    echo Folder Unlocked successfully
    goto End
    :FAIL
    echo Invalid password
    goto end
    :MDLOCKER
    md Locker
    echo Locker created successfully
    goto End
    :End
3. Paste it to notepad then changed the following line "type your password here" to your own password.
4. Save the file as "FolderLocked.bat" in My Documents, but i suggest to save it in your desktop.
5. Now, in your desktop or my documents, there is a file "FolderLocked"; double click it
6. A new folder named "LOCKER" will appear
7. Keep your files on that folder if you wish to locked them up
8. Now again double click on that batch file to lock that locker folder.
9. After locking that folder it will become hidden.
10. To open that folder, double click on that bat file, then
11. Type your password & that folder will open.

Simple and Easy!
